First day of the fifteenth annual Barga Cioccolata event organised by Barbara Bonuccelli-WE Planner and the Comune of Barga with chocolate makers from Firenze, Arezzo, Empoli and Lucca displaying their wares in Barga Vecchia
Barga Cioccolata has been plagued over the years by bad weather disrupting the celebrations. This year according to all weather predictions it was going to be another difficult event with heavy rainfall predicted tomorrow but today the Gods smiled and the rain was kept at bay for the most of the day with temperatures barely above freezing allowing many people to enjoy all the benefits of choosing and sampling some top quality chocolate.
