Presentation this afternoon in Palazzo Pancrazi of a new book featuring images and stories from Barga during the 60’s and 70’s thanks to the sterling work of Florio Biagioni, Mauro Moscardini, Augusto Rosiello, Cecchi Piergiuliano who coordinated the work integrating it with the photos of the period and curated by the direttrice dell’Istituto Storico Lucchese, Sara Moscardini.
The book the traces the history of the town through the eyes of those who lived through that period – the 1960s and 1970s.
Più di un anno, quasi due, che la Polisportiva Val di Lago Barga era dietro al progetto di un libro che ricordasse e celebrasse quegli anni fenomenali de “La Bella Signora Senza Tempo”, che furono i ’60 e ’70 del Novecento.
Dopo tanto lavoro che ha visto l’impegno di diverse persone, con Sara Moscardini a registrare le varie interviste e poi a raccordarle in un racconto, ecco che il prodotto da ora è nella disponibilità di tutti, grazie anche ai vari sponsor che sono ricordati nel libro – Pier Giuliano Cecchi
