A conference this morning in Palazzo Pancrazi celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the newspaper Giornale di Barga.
Among those present were the mayor of Barga Marco Bonini, PD Senator Andrea Marcucci, Alessandro Adami, the director of Noi Tv Giulio del Fiorentino, Professor Umberto Sereni and Sara Moscardini, president of the historical institute of Barga, Lucca and of course, Luca Galeotti, the editor of the Giornale di Barga.
They then moved on to the Stanze della Memoria in Piazza Garibaldi to cut the ribbon for the opening of the exhibition to celebrate those 70 years of local news gathering.
