At approximately 12:30 today, Thursday March 15, 2012, helicopter began to extinguish brush fires of unknown origin in the hillsides above La Ferriera di Scarpello, in the area of Piastroso.
It took about 30 minutes to contain them and they now seem to be out.

Più o meno alle 12.30 di oggi, sulle colline di Piastroso, all’altezza della Ferriera, è apparso un elicottero anti incendio intento ad estinguere un rogo.
Ci sono voluti circa trenta minuti ed al momento sembra che il fuoco sia del tutto spento.
L’informazione e l’immagine ci è stata inviata da Kerry Bell, che gestisce una casa vacanze in località Grifoglia, proprio nella vallata davanti al luogo dell’incendio.
