The Moray Concert Brass, directed by Glenn Munro played at the stadio “Johnny Moscardini†as part of the Barga Fish and Chip Festival this evening. (article here)
They are a brass band consisting of around 60 talented musical youngsters living in the Moray area of Scotland.
Their next large engagement will be at the prestigious Edingurgh Festival Fringe 2008 on the 16 Aug 2008 where they will be performing works including the British premiere of Alan Fernie’s ‘Italian Fantasy’ alongside music from the band’s new CD, ‘Pipin’ Hot Brass’, featuring the fantastic young piper Gavin Tulloch.
