Two exhibitions this month that almost past unobserved under the radar for many people. It was not the quality of the work that was in question but more the space that they were exhibited in. People tended to just walk past because the paintings were hung up in unfamiliar territory maybe ? Anyway using the power of internet, for those who may have missed these works, we can look at them now.
Antonio Cipoli took over the Barga Jazz Club space and exhibited a large number of his canvases featuring portraits and seascapes.
Ulla Kankainen from Finland on the other hand was showing some of her paintings from Indonesia in the Gelateria in Barga Vecchia.
