From 23 May to 1 June the distinguished singer Dennis O’Neill, joined by other teachers at the Cardiff International Academy of Voice, will hold a series of masterclasses for budding professional singers who have the potential to embark on a career in opera. This will form part of an innovative joint pilot project between the Academy and Opera Barga. The idea is to re-establish the course-based opera production that was one of the successful trademarks of the Opera Barga Festival in previous years.
